If you encounter any problems with received items, you must report them to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back if items are returned in the original condition and unopened. If you have ordered the wrong product or would like to return a product for any reason, please note that the items must be unopened, unused and have their original seal intact. Refund will be issued only after the unopened, unused item has been received back in our office.
Prior to returning any item, please contact our office at email@example.com so we can inform you where to send the returned item and how to arrange the refund.
Please note that we do not ship outside the continental United States. There is no charge for shipping orders that total more than $100. Shipping anywhere within the United States will take approximately 2-4 days after the order is received, via USPS Priority Mail.
